What ages is Rockit suitable for?
The Rockit is suitable for use with children from birth up until around 3 years old.
How does it fit to a stroller?
Rockit's universal bracket is able to fit to any stroller.
The bracket is a simple strap that can stay fitted to the stroller or be re-positioned if required.
The Rockit then slots in and out of the bracket very quickly and easily.
Turn the wheel clockwise to tighten the bracket onto the stroller – and anti-clockwise to loosen.
What are the shipping times?
3-5 days across all states of Australia.
Is the rocking motion safe?
Yes. Scientific tests show the vibration level closely mimics the normal hand rocking of a stroller and the subtle yet soothing movement is gentler than a pushchair moving over paving stones.
Is it waterproof?
The Rockit is showerproof (tested to IPX1 standard). Avoid exposure to prolonged or heavy rain. Always ensure that the rubber cover for the USB ports is fitted securely.
How long does a full charge last?
It varies depending on various factors including the type of stroller it’s fixed to, the weight of the baby and also the ambient temperature.
If used at a low to medium speed you should expect to get around 8-12 hours at room temperature.
How do I change the speed?
There is a speed dial at the base of the Rockit. Turn it clockwise to increase the speed and anti-clockwise to reduce the speed.
Slowly change the speed until you notice the most rocking. It may not be the fastest speed – often you can get a nice rock at lower speeds if you hit the sweet spot (resonance frequency) of your particular stroller / pram.
Mounting the Rockit high on the frame or top handle will also allow you to generate a nice rock at lower speeds.

Wow this product is so different than what I thought it would be. You can feel how it works even before it's on the pram!
Once on (which was really easy) it's a real game changer. The first time I put it on, my baby was so tired and cranky during shopping. I would normally rock his pram but I turned it on and he fell straight to sleep. I got to do the shopping with two hands and a settled baby. I'd highly recommend this and wish I had it when he was a newborn! It would made life much easier even at home.
